Our Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) 2016 training course is built around data modelling with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and cloud/desktop Power BI. We also cover data warehousing and cube design with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
The Business Intelligence course covers the discovery and preparation of data, the modelling of the data, and the presentation of the data in insightful and attractive reports and dashboards.
We initially look at SSRS and visualisation tools such as Power BI, and when you return to your office you will easily be able to create powerful and informative reports and dashboards.
The latter part of the course is spent on data warehousing and cube design, using the modelling tools within SSAS and with a little help from Integration Services (SSIS).
Both SSAS multidimensional and tabular models are covered, which are the powerhouses that drive your reports and dashboards.
